Steven Klein
Solicitor
Steven Klein is known for his no-nonsense approach to finding legal solutions. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992 and has since then built a successful career in law. Steven’s clients appreciate his ability to handle their legal matters efficiently and effectively, and consistently refer their friends and family to him for all their legal needs. Steven’s areas of expertise include estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, probate applications, pet guardianship and pet trusts, contracts, commercial leases, real estate transactions, incorporation of new companies, shareholder agreements, franchise acquisitions and purchase and sales of businesses. In addition to his legal career, Steven is a dedicated animal rescuer and volunteers his time for various animal rescue charities, both as a lawyer and as a volunteer helping animals in need by providing foster care for rescues.
Aaron Miller
Barrister / Solicitor-Associate Counsel to SDK Legal
Aaron Miller has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2019. His practice focuses on both litigation and solicitor’s work, covering a broad range of legal areas. Aaron’s practice focuses on employment law, construction disputes, real estate/property disputes, commercial disputes, and family law. In addition to his litigation work, Aaron is also well-versed in residential real estate transactions. Aaron’s passion for law is matched only by his love for hockey, having played AAA hockey, followed by two years of Junior A hockey and three years of NCAA hockey.
